What are the two bells on the very top for?
The two bells located at the top of the windchime are included as replacement bells. In the unlikely event that a bell becomes damaged or broken, you will have matching replacement bells available.
Where is the best place to hang the bells?
Our windchimes are designed for indoor display and can be enjoyed in many locations throughout your home. Some of our favorite locations include:• Inside corners where they can catch natural light• On either side of a doorway• Above a table, shelf, or chair where they won't be bumped• Near a gentle airflow from a heating or cooling vent, provided the airflow is not too strong. Many customers also display them beside paintings, photographs, or decorative pieces to draw additional attention to those areas. Others enjoy collecting multiple windchimes and displaying them together throughout their home.
Can I put them outside?
No. Our glass windchimes are designed specifically for indoor use. Exposure to wind, weather, moisture, or temperature changes can damage the glass components. For the best appearance and longevity, we recommend displaying them indoors only.
Are these made from real glass?
Yes. Our windchimes are handcrafted using real glass components designed to catch light and create beautiful color and movement indoors.
Do the colors vary slightly?
Yes, although the variation is usually very minor. Because each windchime is handcrafted, small differences in color and appearance may occur. In most cases, these differences are subtle and often go unnoticed.
How large are the windchimes?
Depending on the design you choose, our windchimes range in size from approximately 6 inches to 36 inches in length. Individual pieces may vary slightly due to their handcrafted nature. Product photos and descriptions on our website also include sizing information when available.
Unpacking & Care
How should I remove my windchime from the package?
We have created a step-by-step video that demonstrates the safest way to remove your windchime from its packaging. You can find the video on our Unpacking & Care Instructions page, or watch it directly here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U2hJ-d4xgO8
What should I do if the strands get tangled?
Even after careful unpacking, strands may occasionally become caught on one another. In many cases, a string is simply caught on one of the decorative flowers or glass pieces. We recommend holding the windchime in front of you or hanging it from a hook while gently separating the strands by hand. Avoid pulling forcefully, and work slowly until the strands are free.
How do I clean my windchime?
We recommend using a microfiber cloth or a nylon duster to remove dust and keep your windchime looking its best. Avoid harsh cleaners, soaking the glass, or scrubbing the decorative pieces, as these methods may damage the finish or components.

Each windchime is carefully packaged to help protect the glass pieces during shipping. We recommend keeping the original packaging in case the item needs to be stored, moved, or returned due to damage.

Standard shipping within the United States is $9.95. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.
