Damaged Items

If your windchime arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the original packaging
  • Photos of any visable shipping damage

Returns

Because our windchimes are handcrafted decorative items, returns for reasons other than damage are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

We accept returns only for:

  • Items damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect items received due to a shipping or order fulfillment error

Returns for reasons other than damage or shipping errors are not accepted.

All approved returns must be sent back in the original packaging whenever possible to help ensure safe transit.

Please contact us before returning any item.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout.
